At Splashbacks 4U, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your glass or acrylic splashback is not quite right, you can return standard-sized items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, uninstalled condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization form.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the splashback using the original protective materials to ensure the glass or acrylic is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label and send the package via a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damage, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
