How do I measure my wall for a custom splashback?
To ensure a perfect fit, measure the width and height of the area in millimeters. We recommend subtracting 2mm from both the total width and height to allow for a small expansion gap and easier installation.
Can your splashbacks be used behind a gas hob?
Yes, our toughened glass splashbacks are heat-resistant and perfectly safe for use behind gas hobs and range cookers. However, we do not recommend using acrylic splashbacks in these areas as they can melt under high heat.
What is the typical lead time for delivery?
Standard sizes are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Custom-cut or bespoke painted glass orders typically take 10-15 working days to manufacture and undergo quality control before shipping.
How do I clean and maintain my splashback?
Maintenance is simple. Use a soft microfiber cloth and a standard glass cleaner or warm soapy water. Avoid using abrasive pads or harsh chemical cleaners that could scratch the surface.
What is your return policy for bespoke items?
As custom-made and bespoke-colored splashbacks are manufactured to your specific dimensions and requirements, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are faulty.
Do you offer a color matching service?
Yes, we can color match to most major paint brands including Farrow & Ball, Dulux, and RAL colors. Simply provide the color code or name when placing your order.
